Your information is used only for the purposes it was collected, as permitted under PIPEDA:

  • To deliver, manage, and improve the IT services we provide to you.

We may share your information only in these limited circumstances:

  • Trusted service providers — hosting, payment, or analytics vendors bound by confidentiality agreements.
  • Legal requirements — when required by a court order or lawful Canadian government request.
  • Business transfers — in the event of a merger or acquisition, subject to equivalent privacy protections.
